Refund and Cancellation Policy

At NotesMaker.ai, we offer a free tier (or free credits) that allows you to fully test and evaluate our AI note-generation services before committing to a paid subscription or purchasing premium credits.

Because our service incurs immediate and unrecoverable computing costs (GPU usage, AI API fees, server processing) the moment you generate notes, we generally cannot offer refunds once a paid generation has been processed.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your dashboard or billing portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again, and you will retain access to your premium features until the cycle ends.

2. Eligible Refunds

We may grant a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

• If you were charged due to a verified technical error on our end.
• If you request a refund within 3 days of an initial subscription charge AND you have not utilized any paid credits/generations during that time.
